Jack Birnman

Jack Birnman (1920-1997), from Maryland, USA, was a magician, in more ways than one.
A famous illusionist, he was inducted into the Magician Hall of Fame.
He was also a chess player, who got hooked on checkers reading the Chess Life magazine.
His first magic puzzles stunned the Russian audience, making Jack the first foreign star!
